I started to speak with the crew in spanish and told them there was ahuge problem and they had to stop what they were doing.

We called empire today, it took us 3 attempts to reach a service representative to return our phone calls to set up an appointment.
After the appointment was set, we picked the color and the date of installation.
The workers werre to show at 9 am in the morning of the scheduled date of removal and relay.
The crew did not show for numerous hours.
We contacted the manager here in minnesota, and got nowhere with him.
Finally, the crew showed up at 4:00pm, to lay and tear up the old carpet.
Keep in mind the downstairs had been removed by myself and my mother, two weeks before, as it was cheaper!
My mom told the crew, i want my room here upstairs and the room downstairs laid first.

Finally they stopped and left, of course it was over memorial day weekend, and i had to wait to speak to someone to get this resolved.
After the carpet was relaid, we were finally happy, got the color we wanted, but no discount on the price for their mix up!
I will never use them again nor will i recommend them to anyone!
Thank god our home in florida is completely tiled!
